Your first name, if you choose to give one during onboarding.

Your glow goal and any goal reviews or adjustments.

Your daily mood check-ins and follow-up answers.

Your journal and brain dump entries, small wins, and anything you type into a coaching or wellbeing tool.

Your movement logs, including activity, minutes and any before/after mood you record.

Your reminder preferences, completed-day history and the fact that you accepted these policies.

To use Glow Getters you create an account with your email address and a password. We store your email address so you can sign in, verify your email and reset your password. Passwords are stored only in a securely hashed form — we never see them.

Everything listed above is saved against your own account in our secure hosted database, on servers in the EU (Ireland), and kept on your device too so the app feels instant.

Your account data is locked to you at the database level: only a request signed in as you can read or change it. Nobody else using Glow Getters can see your entries.

Because your entries are on your account rather than only in your browser, they follow you when you sign in on another device — and if you sign out or clear your browser, they are still there when you come back.

Membership payments are handled by Stripe, our payment provider. Stripe collects and processes your card details directly — we never see or store your card number.

We store your Stripe customer reference, your membership status, and when your current period ends, so the app knows whether your membership is active.

We do not sell, share or trade your entries.

We do not use your entries for advertising or profiling.

We do not read your journal for marketing, and we do not ask for health records or identity documents.

The app is delivered over the internet by our hosting provider, so ordinary technical request information (such as your IP address and browser type) may be processed by that provider to serve the site and keep it secure. This is standard for any website and is separate from the entries described above.

We keep your account and entries for as long as your account exists. Delete your account in Me → Account and your entries and account are removed from our database; basic payment records are kept by Stripe and by us only as long as UK tax and accounting law requires.

You can edit or delete individual entries inside the app at any time, and you can delete your whole account and personal information from Me → Account.

Under UK data protection law you have the right to access, correct, export, restrict or erase the personal data we hold about you, and to object to certain processing. Email us and we will help.

If you contact us by email, we will hold that correspondence in order to reply to you. Email jenny@theglowuphubltd.co.uk with any request or complaint. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Glow Getters is intended for people aged 16 and over.

We may update this policy as the app develops. The version shown here was last updated in August 2026.
