Glow Getters is provided by The Glow Up Hub Ltd, United Kingdom. By using the app you agree to these terms, the privacy policy and the wellness disclaimer. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

You must be at least 16 years old to use Glow Getters. If you are under 18, please check with a parent or guardian first.

Use Glow Getters for your own personal wellbeing. Please do not misuse it, attempt to break or disrupt it, or copy our content for commercial use without permission.

The name Glow Getters, the GG mark, the tagline and all in-app content belong to us. Anything you write in the app stays yours.

Glow Getters provides general wellbeing, mindset coaching, journaling, mindfulness and movement support. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, psychotherapy, or emergency mental health support, and it does not replace professional healthcare. Please read the wellness disclaimer in full.

You need an account to use Glow Getters. Please keep your password to yourself and let us know if you think someone else has access to your account. Accounts are for one person — please don't share your login.

You can delete your account and personal information at any time from Me → Account.

Glow Getters is a rolling monthly membership at £8.99 a month, taken by card through our payment provider, Stripe. It renews automatically each month until you cancel.

You can cancel any time from Me → Membership → Manage or cancel. Cancelling stops future payments and you keep full access until the end of the month you have already paid for. After that, access to member content stops automatically.

If a payment fails, we may pause access until your card is updated. Because Glow Getters is digital content you get immediate access to, you agree that your 14-day right to cancel under UK consumer law ends once your membership starts. We don't give part-month refunds, but if something has gone wrong, email us and we'll sort it out fairly.

We may change the price in future; we'll tell you by email before any change affects you, and you can cancel before it applies.

Your entries are saved to your own account so they're there when you sign back in. We take care with them, but please don't rely on Glow Getters as your only copy of anything important.

Features may change, improve or be removed as the app develops, and we cannot promise the app will always be available or error-free.

We provide Glow Getters on an as-is basis and, to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of it, including any injury from movement you choose to do or any lost entries. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory consumer rights.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
